Objective

The Liberty Group has carefully created a Minimum Risk business model that has the capability to succeed in both robust and depressed economies. Our efforts are focused on the Creation of Value.  It is not about the deal or making the splash. The Liberty Innovation Fund is a catalyst for Advanced Technology, whereas the business model is about Sustainable Development.

By embracing this vision, we have linked a global network and implementation structure for the commercialization of clean, sustainable technologies. We have identified a number of necessary business channels and Alternative Energy and Disruptive Technologies, which we believe will increase in strategic importance across all geographies.

Extensive research has been conducted on the companies and their next-generation technology solutions. The Liberty Group has spent five years investigating the potential portfolio companies for the Liberty Group Innovation Fund.  The selected companies all meet or exceed our investment criteria.

Structure

The Liberty Group Innovation Fund is designed with a five year payback structure. This accelerated methodology also includes an annual coupon of 10% from the date of the investment with full repayment of principal at the end of five years. 

In addition, the asset strength of our portfolio companies will collateralize our Investment Agreement.  Liberty Group will pledge equity shares of the acquired portfolio companies as collateral and will offer board of director membership to significant investors.

Investing five years of objective research, the Liberty Group has vetted and fully comprehends the operational challenges to come. The Liberty Group is ready to invest our disciplined design to help minimize the operational risks to capital while obtaining full advantage of the opportunities to come.

With Sustainability as our guiding principle, we have selected an array of synergetic technologies focused on Creation of Value. Faced with financing challenges, the development and deployment of these disruptive technologies are threatened by traditional deal mentality and venture capital models. The Liberty Group is now prepared to deploy our novel financing model to improve their access to development capital.
